Mega Mind featuring D Smooth, Trey Trend$etta, and Brando Bandz by Rashad

“Mega Mind” is the title of the song that grips the listener’s attention as soon as it kicks off. The bass drum and the lyrics will memorize you.

This collaboration between brothers stormed onto the Top 40 Pop Chart this week and landed at Number 17. It has aspirations of making it to the top of the chart. Time will tell if it makes it or not. For sure, this jam is one to watch over the upcoming weeks.

We recently caught up with Rashad. He was nice enough to take time to answer a few questions for Hits You Love Radio.

What is your music background?
My music back ground is the beach because the music is relaxing and very exciting to hear.

Who are your musical influences?
Well, I love Chris brown. He influences me a lot. I also love Jeremiah and Alicia Keys they inspire me also. We love their music.

What are your long-term career goals?

What type of recording process do you use and who produced your music?
Sam produced my music. He uses the new engineer equipment most producers use. He is a great producer and I go to him every time I make music his work is amazing.

Do you ever get the chance to perform live?
No, I never get the chance to perform live. However, I would love the opportunity. I just started making music and I look forward to the opportunity to perform live soon.

Are you looking to remain independent or would you prefer a major label deal?
I will take advantage of whatever chances that come my way. The opportunity to be signed to a major label would be awesome. Until then, I’m going to keep making music as an independent artist and see what happens.

If anything, what would you change about the music industry today?
I would add a new brand or a new taste to music in the industry. We want people to hear my song and be like, “Wow, I love this music. It’s so much different from other music.”

Do you have any advice for up-and-coming artists?
My advice for upcoming artist will be stay on the grind to get your music out there. We all deserved to be heard.

Anything else you want to say on the people?
Never give up on your dreams. Making music is a great way to express yourself to the world. I love making music and I hope y’all enjoy this song.
