“Mustang Music” is the new release by Lonnie Dangerous. It made its debut on the Dope Urban Jamz Chart at Number 15.

This jam packs a hot piano sample that grips the listener’s attention right away. Also, the energy level on this song is top level.

This entertainer is originally from Chester, Pennsylvania. He now does his thing in Hollywood, California.

We recently caught up with Lonnie Dangerous. He was nice enough to answer a few questions for the BMS Radio Network.

What is your music background?

I’m a dancer turned rapper. My uncle played drums for Grover Washington Jr.

What type of recording process do you use and who produced your music?

I have many ways to get to it. On this current project, I worked with Indecent The Slapmaster, Fat Rob, Michael Lee, and David Pena. They all did an amazing job. I quarterbacked the album and acted as executive producer.

Do you ever get the chance to perform live?

I haven’t been interested since the Covid-19 lockdown. Maybe afterwards.

Are you looking to remain independent or would you prefer a major label deal?

I’m looking to grow my business, and I love what I do. Being an Indie artist is great, but if expanding to become a household brand takes signing and it’s beneficial, then I’m with it.

If anything, what would you change about the music industry today?

I haven’t yet succeeded enough to have that point of view.

Do you have any advice for up-and-coming artists?

Being a recording artist is a gig of servitude. Work on your craft and love it.

Anything else you want to say on the people?

Go out and grab my song “Mustang Music” and my upcoming album Ambitionz Az A Writer Pt 3: The Album.
